Founder, The Darkroom

Justin Lubliner is the CEO of the Darkroom, a forward-thinking artist development company that includes Darkroom Records (a partner of Interscope Records) and Darkroom Management. In 2020, he was named as a Forbes 30 Under 30 All-Star Alumni, Billboard's lead for 40 Under 40, and a Variety Executive Hitmaker. In addition, he was named as Billboard's Executive of the Week in early February.

Since starting the Darkroom in 2014, Lubliner has signed and developed multiplatinum, Grammy Award–winning sensation Billie Eilish and electronic festival headliner Gryffin. Last year he welcomed newcomers Cian Ducrot, Ashley Kutcher, Oliver Malcolm, and Max Leone to the Darkroom Records imprint.

With a focus on artist marketing, creative strategy, and fan engagement, Lubliner is a driving force behind the development of his clients.
