Director, Identity-Based Programs
Ty-Juana L. Flores has over 11 years of experience working at Berklee in various roles within the institution and is currently the director of Berklee's Identity-Based Programs (IBP), which is a part of the student success programs area. She is responsible for the strategic vision, assessment, and evaluation of IBP while advancing Berklee’s mission and its commitment to the success of BSI and SOMOS Latinx students.
