Working in close collaboration with the Berklee Bridge, Academic Affairs, and the wider Berklee community, our office provides integrated support services, The Office of Student Success Programs plays a pivotal role in fostering meaningful campus-wide connections, cultivating a strong sense of community and belonging, and supporting students’ artistic, academic, and professional success.
Our work reflects Berklee's belief that artistic excellence is strengthened through historical understanding, meaningful collaboration, and engagement with the diverse artistic traditions that shape contemporary creative practice.
Through a dynamic mix of peer mentoring, tailored advising, and thoughtfully curated programs and events, we create a supportive environment where students can navigate institutional resources, develop leadership skills, engage across communities, and build meaningful relationships. Our office serves as an open-ended launchpad—empowering College and Conservatory students to engage across disciplines, artistic traditions, and communities, and supporting their ability to thrive both personally and professionally throughout their time at Berklee.
