George Garzone: 50 Years of Friendship brings together two of Berklee College of Music’s most iconic faculty members—George Garzone and Ed Tomassi—for a performance honoring their lifelong journey as collaborators, educators, and innovators in jazz.
Saxophonist Garzone, renowned worldwide for his profound influence as both performer and educator, leads this special concert alongside his longtime friend and fellow saxophonist Tomassi. Together, they have shaped generations of musicians through their decades of dedication to the Berklee community, inspiring students around the globe with their artistry, passion, and deep commitment to jazz education.
