Students from Dr. Eun Young Lee’s composition studio will be paired with flutists from the studio of Professor Sarah Brady, to read new student compositions and explore ways to develop the material.
Boston Conservatory at Berklee faculty members Sarah Brady, Robert Sheena, Jan Halloran, Margaret Phillips, and Anne Howarth present a Faculty Wind Quintet recital, featuring compositions by Jeff Scott, Paul Hindemith, and Francis Poulenc. They will be joined by Jonathan Bass on piano.
Boston Conservatory at Berklee faculty Saul Bitran, Andrew Mark, Charlotte Hu, and Philipp Stäudlin, along with faculty duo Marimolin (Sharan Leventhal, violin, and Nancy Zeltsman, marimba) perform works by Schubert, Chasalow, and others.
Baroque cellist Phoebe Carrai is a distinguished music educator and a longtime member of Musica Antiqua Köln, with over 40 recordings for Deutsche Gramophone. Carrai will present a program of works of J.S. Bach, Dall’Abaco, and Kummer.
