Docuseries Explores the Berklee Student Experience

Listen Up: Making it at Berklee College of Music is the first docuseries filmed about Berklee students.

During the 2014-2015 academic year, Fusion(Opens in a new window) gained unnprecedented access to the Berklee experience, following three students as they navigated a year at the college. Giving audiences an unparalleled glimpse into Berklee students' lives, Listen Up: Making it at Berklee College of Music shadows Kyana Fanene, a first semester student from California who is quickly rising among Berklee’s a cappella world while wrestling with homesickness; Mau Jimenez, a soon-to-be graduate from Mexico whose band needs to gain momentum within a year in order to acquire a visa to stay in the United States; and Alissia Benveniste, a last-semester student from Italy who is about to make the big move to New York City to pursue a solo career.

On Monday, September 21, at 9:00 p.m. ET, Listen Up: Making it at Berklee College of Music will air over Fusion's cable broadcast as a one-hour special.
