Katy Caballero is a 19-year-old singer-songwriter from Santa Barbara, California. She is currently attending Berklee College of Music and is studying professional music with a concentration in songwriting and music business.
She has opened for artists Elle King and Barns Courtney at the Granada Theater in Santa Barbara, California. She has also co-written and performed with Sophie Rose. Some other highlights include Teen Star 2020 at the Arlington Theater in Santa Barbara, California and working with the accomplished producer and songwriter Alan Parsons.
Growing up, the sounds of Chris Stapleton and Carrie Underwood shaped the very essence of her musical journey. It's the intersection of folk's raw emotion and country's heartfelt storytelling that helped her to find her voice. Through her music, Caballero hopes to give a voice to the younger generation through songs that break the silence that many of us feel in our everyday lives. Music isn’t just what you hear, it’s what you feel.
