Hosted by Berklee Student Leadership Programs, the second generation of the Emerging Leaders Workshop Series meets Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Food and beverages will be provided, and various faculty, staff, and local partners will take part.

Students who attend our second workshop, Understanding Group Dynamics, will:

  • Learn the definitions and characteristics of group development theories
  • Explore common issues and behaviors that can cause poor group dynamics, as well as how to improve them 
  • Understand the importance of practicing good time management, organizational, and delegation skills
  • Discuss today's multigenerational and increasingly diverse workplace
