On the Vox

Founded at Berklee in 2014

On the Vox is a pop-based, co-ed a cappella group at Berklee College of Music. It is composed of 14 members from all over the world and best known for its "off-the-wall sound.” On the Vox has competed in competitions such as Varsity Vocals ICCA (2022 Northeast Semifinalists), Haunted Harmonies, and Boston Sings (BOSS), where it won awards such as Outstanding Choreography, Outstanding Arrangement, Outstanding Vocal Percussion, and two Outstanding Vocalist awards. On the Vox focuses on having a hardworking and talented group, while also maintaining a fun, welcoming environment with an underlying feeling of family.

Creating friendships and family-like connections is what On the Vox is all about. Building a group that is supportive of one another, and also full of talent is what members work on during each rehearsal.

The club strives to create a safe, comfortable, and creative environment for all members. The club serves as a fun outlet that allows members to practice their musicianship, and hone their performance skills. Having the chance to meet weekly in order to sing with some of your best friends, and then pay it forward by spreading creativity around campus is a truly rewarding experience.

The club works with the Ryan Seacrest Foundation, a volunteer-based program that sends musical acts to visit and spread joy to young children who may be ill and bedridden.
