Biography

As assistant vice president for enrollment strategy and operations, Dianne Plummer leads the effective creation and coordination of an annual unified operations calendar for strategic enrollment management across Berklee’s campus-based programs and oversees Berklee’s One Stop Student Services, enrollment operations, and the Office of the Registrar. Plummer is an accomplished team leader with more than 30 years of enrollment management experience. She was the associate vice president for enrollment management at Wentworth Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2021, where she was the Enrollment Management Division’s chief operations manager. Plummer was a key leader in the creation and design of the one-stop Student Service Center at Wentworth. In her role, she oversaw the one-stop Student Service Center, Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Financial Services (Bursar), International Student Services, Data Enrollment, and the Registrar's Office. She most recently served as the associate vice president of student financial planning and services at Dean College.

Plummer holds both a Bachelor of Science in physical education and a Master of Science in college student personnel and counseling from Springfield College.
