Jeff Lorber ‘71 won the award for Best Contemporary Instrumental Album, a category in which he was nominated alongside three Berklee alumni, for his album Prototype with Jeff Lorber Fusion. In a rare tie, Andy Hall B.M. ‘97 and Chris Pandolfi ‘03 of the Infamous Stringdusters will share their Grammy with Rhonda Vincent and the Rage, both winners for Best Bluegrass Album.
