Eric Crumrine serves as the associate director of residential education. He earned a bachelor's degree in English from Bowling Green State University and a master's degree in higher education and student affairs from the University of Connecticut. He began his career at Berklee while working at Boston Conservatory in July 2014. In his role, he oversees the residential education team, which includes an area coordinator, three resident directors, and two graduate assistants. In addition, he has oversight of hiring and training for the residential education staff.
