Tia Fuller’s Diamond Cut

Diamond Cut is a refreshing, post-bop-oriented group with a repertoire rooted in jazz, but with tinges of Latin, gospel, and R&B. Saxophonist Tia Fuller will perform captivating originals and a couple of standards, celebrating John Coltrane, Cole Porter, and Cannonball Adderley.

The theme of “celebrating the diamonds in our musical community” is one of the narratives of Fuller’s latest release, Diamond Cut, produced by Terri Lyne Carrington and featuring Dave Holland, Jack DeJohnette, Bill Stewart, and Adam Rogers.
