The #BerkleeAnywhere Concert Series features Berklee College of Music and Boston Conservatory at Berklee students performing virtually wherever they are around the world. About the Artist
A cum laude graduate of Boston Conservatory at Berklee's contemporary dance performance program, Nehemiah Aldrich (B.F.A. '20) was a Jan Veen Scholar at the Conservatory and has a dance background that includes a decade of training at the San Francisco Ballet School and the Academy of Ballet. In addition to summer training at the Place in London and the Ailey School, Aldrich has also participated in intensives at Alonzo King LINES Ballet, Mark Morris Dance Group, ODC, Henny Jurriëns Studio, and Boston Ballet, among others. Aldrich has been a part of collaborative projects with musicians and filmmakers at the Conservatory in addition to performing in Korhan Basaran’s Toy Soldiers, Slip by Thang Dao, and The Interview, choreographed by Boston Ballet’s Yury Yanowsky. Commercial dance experience includes performing in the Berklee commencement concerts. Aldrich also collaborated in the production of several dance films including The T and Variation on 4 Forms, shown at the Paramount Theatre in Boston. In the future, Aldrich would like to secure a position with a contemporary dance company in the U.S. or abroad.
