K-pop Review Band, which specializes in the live performance of K-pop music, is composed of musicians who have trained at Berklee College of Music.

The band’s members hail from many countries, including Korea, China, France, Germany, India, Japan, and the United States. Director Jieun Dominika Hwang founded the band out of respect for Korean music and after seeing K-pop’s equilibrium in a state of flux. The band’s deep interest in music, its musicians, and its desire to provide a live musical experience to audiences has caught the attention of many.

K-pop Review Band has performed at events such as the Asian American Festival Gala, Opening Our Doors Festival, and General Electric’s New Year’s Celebration.

The night will feature performances by Hwang, Ai Yamashita, Aaron Shandilya, Blythe Schulte, Eric Hart, and many others. There also will be a guest performance by Boston University’s miXx K-Pop Cover Dance Crew.
