Dan Russell is a highly revered artist manager and advocate, concert promoter, producer, creative collaborator, and video and film music supervisor. Russell has an extensive résumé, having worked with The Call, Michael Been, Mark Heard, U2, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Sam Phillips, Andy Pratt, Bruce Cockburn, Switchfoot, Robin Lane, the Vigilantes of Love, Ramona Silver, Rachel Taylor, The Violet Burning, and countless others. In 1998, Russell cofounded Soulfest, the first New England social justice music festival, which has become an annual event attended by thousands.

Despite his many successes on the business side of the music industry, Russell's passion for writing and performing his own work never abandoned him. The "echoes" kept dragging him back until, finally, Russell deemed that an upcoming business commitment would be his last one. Then, with official duties forestalled, he pulled the guitars out of their cases and booked studio time to record a series of his personal songs, the cryings of his own heart.

Boketto the Wolf is a dusky pop-rock quartet. A combination of raw folk, crafty lyrics, and layered harmonies define Boketto the Wolf's live presence in the Boston music scene. The band just recently released its debut album, Sleepless, which is available for purchase at shows and online through iTunes, CDBaby, and Amazon.
