Description

This course examines a variety of rehearsal strategies and teaching techniques for use with K-12 instrumental ensembles. Additionally, this course requires students to perform on a secondary instrument; to arrange music for the instrumentation in the class; to plan, implement, and assess instruction in a rehearsal setting; and to conduct a final performance of the repertoire covered in the class.
