Photography

Communications and Marketing is centralizing Berklee’s photography to better showcase our community's vibrancy and brand identity. We manage the acquisition and distribution of high-quality imagery to ensure consistent, authentic storytelling across the institution. View our new brand guidelines on the brand standards web page.

Accessing Berklee Photography

Mediagraph Library

Find and request to download assets via Mediagraph, our central digital library.

All faculty and staff have access to Mediagraph and can log in with OnePass by going to dam.berklee.edu or using the Campus Tools menu on berklee.edu. In Mediagraph, you can find photos organized by campus and tags, and then request to download the photos you’d like to use. Students and external collaborators do not have a login and can access and request photos via Mediagraph’s Public Berklee Library for personal use. Please allow 3–7 business days for approvals.

Usage and Licensing

Photographers must be credited for their work and appreciate social media tags when available. Photos are only licensed for Berklee or personal/collateral use. Any paid commercial or outside use or distribution must be coordinated with and approved by the Communications and Marketing team and managed directly through the photographer.

  • Personal social media pages

  • Internal Berklee materials (department newsletters)
  • Personal unpaid promotion materials

If you wish to use photos for paid commercial purposes, contact mparkos@berklee.edu for further permissions and licensing. You will be directed to the photographer to pay for paid commercial use. Examples of paid commercial use include:

  • External Paid Advertising campaigns (digital or print ads)
