Duo FAQs
Basic Two-Factor Authentication FAQs
Why is Berklee requiring this?
In the digital age we live in, we are all at risk for the misappropriation of our personal data and identity. The institution is also at risk, and this extra level of protection helps to reduce the chances of data theft.
Two-factor authentication is not new. Companies like Apple, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Twitter, and Facebook have been using this level of security for years. You've probably noticed your bank is using it, too. We strive to keep Berklee's information as protected as possible, and two-factor authentication helps us do that.
