OnePass allows users to have one set of credentials for Berklee services, creating a more seamless experience.
Those services are the following:

OnePass Password Management
Enroll in OnePass Self-Service Password Reset
You can set up a series of personal questions and answers to allow you to reset your password on your own. Please have your Berklee ID number, found on your Berklee ID, ready before you begin. If you have enrolled and want to change your questions and answers, use this service to re-enroll in the service.
Change Your OnePass Password
- Go to onepass.berklee.edu.
- Click Change My Password.
- Log in using your current or temporary password, and create a new password.
Reset Your OnePass Password Using OnePass Self-Service
- Go to onepass.berklee.edu.
- Click Self Service: Reset My Password.
- You will be asked to answer the questions previously designated during setup to verify your identity.
Reset Your OnePass Password without OnePass Self-Service Enrollment
- If you have forgotten your password, Submit a Support Request (login required) for a password reset.
- You will be asked to verify your identity using your Berklee ID number, date of birth, last four digits of your social security number, and/or your home address.
- The Technology Service Desk will provide you with a temporary password. Please then follow the "Change your password" instructions above to reset your password. If you need help creating a strong password, please follow this link.
