AI MUSIC SUMMIT
JUNE 3–5, 2026
Berklee College of Music
Boston

AIMS 2026 was a resounding success and sold out well in advance. Musicians, educators, researchers, and industry experts convened to explore how AI is changing music creation, production, performance, and learning. Building on Berklee's leadership in music, technology, and information, AIMS 2026 brought together keynotes, demos, conversations, and live performances to center practical workflows and artist impact while asking the hard questions about ethics and the future of creative work.

AIMS was designed to be equal parts ideas, applied practice, and real-world community. Through a wide variety of sessions with industry leaders and leading thinkers topics covered included:

  • Audio and Production Tech
  • Voice and Instrument Systems
  • Ethics and IP Rights
  • Education
  • Artist Impact
  • Performance

Hackathon Cohosted with Music Hack Space
June 6–7, 2026
Berklee College of Music, Boston

In a practical, hands-on complement to the AIMS conference, entrants participated in challenges by industry partners. Each team received full IP ownership, and no coding experience was necessary to participate. After the Hackathon weekend, the experience continued with a prize ceremony and opportunities to connect with other participants and industry representatives.
