December 3, 2013

Clinton Cerejo, one of India's most prominent contemporary composers and performers, joined Berklee's Indian Ensemble (directed by alumnus and faculty member Annette Philip '09) in a show at the Berklee Performance Center to celebrate the wide-reaching influence of the Indian superstar's music.

The concert, which was a culmination of Cerejo's week of residency at Berklee, also featured original compositions by members of the Indian Ensemble. During his residency, Cerejo conducted workshops, master classes, and clinics with Berklee students as well as students from Berklee City Music, the college's after-school music and college prep program for underserved 4th through 12th graders.
