Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts is responsible for processing your claims. For information on a specific claim or claims payment, go to bluecrossma.com, select "Member" and login.
To find a preferred provider:
Go to bcbs.com/healthtravel/finder.html, select the Member tab, and enter your Identification Prefix to locate a network healthcare provider, or call 800 810-BLUE (2583).

Note: If you need to see a doctor or fill a prescription before you receive your ID card, tell the provider or pharmacy that you are covered by the Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Care Student Blue Plan. Providers can call either Blue Cross Blue Shield or Gallagher Koster at 800 391-8057 to confirm your eligibility. You do not need your card in order to be eligible to receive benefits.

If you're studying or traveling abroad, the Berklee Student Health Insurance Plan (Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Care Elect Preferred PPO) provides the same benefits as if you were on campus, in addition to Repatriation of Remains Expense Benefit, Emergency Medical Evacuation Expense Benefit, Travel Assistance Services, and 24-Hour Nurse Advice Line. These services are coordinated through On Call International, the 24-hour worldwide assistance service.
