Berklee Invites Applications for the Michel Camilo Scholarship

Michel Camilo Scholarship

The Michel Camilo Scholarship is a full scholarship opportunity awarded to one gifted musician, either Dominican-born or of Dominican descent, who is accepted to Berklee for the upcoming year. The scholarship is intended to provide an opportunity for a young musician with both exceptional talent and a passion for a career in music to experience the unique benefits of a Berklee education. The Michel Camilo Scholarship covers the cost of tuition, room, and board, and is renewable over four years of study. The scholarship has been made possible, in part, by a generous gift from Mike Dreese, CEO of Newbury Comics.

How to Apply

All candidates for the Michel Camilo Scholarship must first participate in a live audition and interview in the Dominican Republic or at one of our many locations worldwide. For deadlines and locations, and to apply online, visit the Berklee World Tour webpage.
