Student Wins John Lennon Prize

Lisa Occhino, a sixth semester piano principal from Stamford, Connecticut, won the 15th annual BMI John Lennon Scholarship competition for her song "You Will Never Understand."

Lisa Occhino, a sixth semester piano principal from Stamford, Connecticut, won first place in the 15th annual BMI John Lennon Scholarship competition for her song "You Will Never Understand." She is the editor-in-chief of the Berklee Groove as well as the marketing and PR director/founding member of the Berklee A&R/Artist Development Group.
