Lucia Dostal (she/her) is a musical artist and songwriter from western Massachusetts. Her lyricism—honest, sharp, and appropriately clever—is supported by a sound rooted in indie pop, rock, and soul. As a writer and frontwoman, Dostal draws inspiration from bold female voices such as Carole King, Aretha Franklin, Rachael Price, Maggie Rogers, and Remi Wolf.
In the spring of 2022, Dostal earned an associate’s degree in music performance from Holland College’s School of Performing Arts. She continued her studies in Boston, where she expanded her professional versatility as a writer, performer, and producer. In 2024, she began writing for screen and collaborating regularly with fellow artists. She is set to graduate from Berklee College of Music in May 2025 with a degree in contemporary writing and production.
Following several early collaborations, singles, and EPs, Dostal released her debut LP, Lucia Dostal, in December 2023. Her Wild Child EP came out October 2024, and her new single, “UHAUL,” is dropping this summer. In addition to her work as a solo artist, she currently writes and produces for Madden Flow Entertainment and World Fusion Music Productions.
Lucia Dostal will be performing as part of Berklee’s Summer in the City 2025 concert series. View all concerts.
