Adia Clark Lay is an emerging singer-songwriter and student at Berklee College of Music known for her captivating blend of indie, folk, and country sounds. Originally from Clark, Colorado, Lay has spent years honing her craft on stage, performing both locally and beyond. With a voice as warm as her songwriting, she’s recently leaned more deeply into country music, drawing inspiration from artists like Taylor Swift and Kelsea Ballerini.

Her music—highlighted by the single “Water My Flowers” and her debut EP, On the Rocks—explores themes of love, nostalgia, and personal growth, often rooted in her own life experiences and relationships. With heartfelt lyrics and a distinctive sound that fuses indie folk with a country twist, Lay resonates with listeners who value authenticity and emotional depth.

Her talent has not gone unnoticed: she’s been named best solo musician in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, three years in a row and continues to build a dedicated following through performances at venues across Boston. Her latest work reflects the beauty of her Colorado roots, featuring local scenery and small businesses, while also incorporating Nashville collaborations to bring her songs to life.

As Lay continues to grow as an artist, her unique voice and storytelling promise to leave a lasting mark on both the indie and country music scenes.
