During what hours is the Bursar's Office open?
We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST (Eastern Standard Time.) During Registration periods, we are open from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm EST.
I have a question regarding Summer Programs. Where do I call to get information?
If you have a question about fees, payment methods, or payment deadlines, call the Bursar's Office at (617) 747-2610 or 747-2165. If you need any other information, please call the Special Programs Office at (617) 747-2245 or 747-2507 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will I receive my refund?
Refund checks are available for pick up at the Bursar's Office every Friday after 3:30 p.m. However, after each semester's Registration period, refund checks are not available until after the Add/Drop deadline. This does not include student refunds resulting from Federal Funds.
Does Berklee have any payment plan options?
Berklee does not have its own monthly payment plan. Berklee does work in conjunction with Tuition Management Systems, Inc. (TMS). If you would like to set up an account for monthly payments with TMS, or learn more about TMS, see the Tuition Management Systems website or call TMS at 1-800-216-4258.

When will I receive my bill?
Bills are mailed out 30 days prior to Check-in. The only exception to this procedure is if your $500 tuition deposit is not on your student account in time to make these mailings.
Why hasn't my Berklee Scholarship been applied to my account?
This could be due to the fact that your scholarship did not make it on to your account by the bill mailing date. Or, perhaps you are not preregistered for enough credits to fulfill the scholarship's requirements. Or, perhaps the scholarship is to be applied to a future semester. To verify the reason, contact the Office of Scholarships and Employment.
