Office of the Registrar

The Registrar's Office is one of the main student services offices on campus, coordinating student preregistration and registration and tracking your academic career at Berklee from your first semester through graduation. It is here where you receive enrollment verification, your ID cards and replacement ID cards, pick up your schedule each semester, and, if necessary, request transcripts.

 
 
In addition, the Registrar's Office is available to assist you with your student health insurance plan, serviced by Koster Insurance Agency; transfer of credit from other institutions as part of a credit transfer agreement, study abroad program, or as a transfer student; and your returning to Berklee after a leave of absence.

Transcript Requests
There is no fee for transcripts, however, by law, Berklee cannot issue any transcript without written request and signature of the individual; electronic signatures are not acceptable according to government mandate.

Please write or fax your transcript request to us with the following information: your full name and/or name while attending Berklee; your social security number; if possible, your student ID number; approximate dates of attendance; the number of copies of your transcript you are requesting; the address to which you would like your transcript(s) sent; and your signature.

Berklee processes requests within three days of receipt, but you should allow a reasonable amount of time for delivery through U.S. mail. At present, the college does not express mail any transcript.
