9:00am - Noon (drop-in) Beverage Reception with Student Performances
Location: David Friend Hall, 921 Boylston Street

Drop in, have a beverage, and learn about the resources that are available at Berklee while your student completes check-in. Representatives from campus offices and off campus vendors that support Berklee students will be on hand to answer questions. The following are among the services that will be available throughout the fair: Aramark, Koster Insurance, Berklee Card, Berklee Bookstore, Banking Representatives, and LiveWell Programs.
11:00 a.m. Transitioning to Berklee: A Session for Students with Disabilities and Their Parents
Location: Room 511, 921 Boylston Street

Bob Mulvey, Associate Director of the Counseling and Advising Center and coordinator of social services, will discuss services for students with documented disabilities, documentation guidelines, student responsibilities in the identification and request process, changes in disability law from high school to college, and the accommodation process.
1:00 p.m. Parent Meeting
Location: David Friend Hall, 921 Boylston Street

Come learn about the college from the folks that are here to support your students. A panel of representatives from both the Student and Academic Affairs offices will be on hand to answer your questions.
2:00 p.m. Navigating a New Relationship with your College Student
Location: David Friend Hall, 921 Boylston Street

Presented by Kay Kimball M.Ed., C.P.C who is the founder of Successful College Parenting. Kay is a parent relations expert with more than 20 years of experience in higher education.
7:00 p.m. Entering Student Convocation Ceremony and Concert
Location: Berklee Performance Center, 136 Massachusetts Avenue

This event marks the beginning of your student’s Berklee experience! The evening includes welcome remarks and words of advice by student, staff, and faculty leaders of the college. The concert featuring some of Berklee’s best talent will immediately follow the ceremony. This event is not to be missed!
