98 Hemenway Street

Our small residence hall on Hemenway Street houses about 100 students. It is populated mostly by continuing residents and older entering students, making it generally a quieter atmosphere for study. It has two-person rooms, most with private bathrooms, and some single rooms (which are taken by our continuing residents). The Hemenway Street building features practice rooms, laundry facilities, a TV lounge, and a public use kitchen. The beds are bunks and individual beds. The Hemenway building faces out onto the Boston Fens, a park where many residents play Frisbee and walk, run, or rollerblade on its paths. A short walk from the Massachusetts Avenue building, the Commonwealth Avenue and Hemenway Street residence halls provide an opportunity to get away from the busy routine at the central building.
