Allen Otte, retired professor of percussion and composition at University of Cincinnati, College-Conservatory of Music, and John Lane, professor of percussion at Sam Houston State University, will lead a master class, creating and performing works based on the lives of citizens who have been wrongfully accused within our criminal justice system.
