Biography
Xotchil Martínez is the friendly face you'll meet first at the office. Originally from the Lone Star State, she obtained a B.A. from the University of Houston and an M.A. from University of Massachusetts Boston. With a background of working in higher education since her undergraduate days, she joined Berklee in December 2023 to support the Equity and Title IX team and ensure the office runs smoothly. Before Boston, she lived in Italy, where she served as a teaching assistant at ITT Artemisia Gentileschi.
Beyond work, Martínez is a cinema enthusiast, an avid language learner, and a travel lover who enjoys exploring art exhibitions, trying new cafes, and diving into the fascinating world of astrology.
