American Popular Music III: Innovations in Youth Development

The annual Berklee City Music Network Conference explores themes related to providing access to a quality and diverse music education for students from underserved communities across the country. Educators and students have been inspired by past speakers and artists such as George Clinton, Terri Lyne Carrington, Al Bell, Jeffrey Walker, and Nnenna Freelon.

This year's conference, American Popular Music III: Innovations in Youth Development, includes a series of presentations, panel discussions, performances, and a master class featuring leading industry artists, plus a day of free outdoor programming for local families on Sunday, November 2 in downtown Los Angeles.
