Berklee Summer Programs welcomes students from all over the world to join us for the summer.
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) requires that any student who is not a U.S. citizen participating in Aspire: Five-Week Music Performance Intensive or Berklee Summer Semester apply for an F-1 student visa. Students participating in Aspire: Five-Week Music Performance Intensive should contact Berklee Summer Programs for the required Form I-20 and visa procedures, while students attending the Berklee Summer Semester should contact the Admissions Office.
In order to apply for an F-1 student visa, students must obtain Form I-20 from Berklee. Students are encouraged to send the required documents as early as possible to ensure that there is enough time to apply for a student visa. Do not enter the U.S. on a tourist visa or a tourist status to participate in Aspire: Five-Week Music Performance Intensive or Berklee Summer Semester.
If you are already in the U.S. on a different visa status or hold an F-1 status at another institution, please notify Berklee as soon as possible.
