Enrollment Verification and Transcript Requests
Berklee College of Music has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as its agent for verification of student enrollment status. By linking to its site, studentclearinghouse.org, third parties (such as employers, housing providers, health insurance agencies, consumer product companies) can download or print an official Enrollment Verification Certificate to confirm proof of enrollment at Berklee.
Third parties will be charged a $2.50 fee per certification, which can be paid for online by credit card. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Students are still encouraged to obtain their own enrollment verifications free of charge by submitting an Enrollment Verification Request form through the Office of the Registrar, but may use the National Student Clearinghouse service for a $2.50 fee if they require 24/7 service.

There is no fee for transcripts. Please note, however, that Berklee will not issue any transcript without the written request and signature of the individual.
