Tod Oliviere oversees all financial aid, scholarship, and student employment programs at Berklee. For the past fifteen years, he has worked to recruit, retain, and graduate a diverse group of student musicians. Oliviere is dedicated to addressing the affordability concerns of our students, families, prospects, and the Berklee community as a whole by working with senior management to increase scholarships, grants, work-study, and to develop new pathways for students to earn a Berklee education.
Under his leadership, the budget for institutional aid has more than doubled to over $40 million. Through this expansion, Oliviere has worked with his colleagues to develop an awarding plan that supports students consistent with the college's comprehensive enrollment strategy and its goals for student success and retention. Prior to joining Berklee, he worked in the database marketing industry and as a professional musician.
