Neil Donohoe

Dean of Theater, Boston Conservatory at Berklee

Over the past 30 years, Neil Donohoe, Boston Conservatory at Berklee's dean of theater, has shepherded the undergraduate musical theater program into one of the foremost programs in the country and created the M.F.A. program in musical theater. He now oversees the new degree in contemporary theater. He has directed critically acclaimed new works and reimagined revivals for the Boston Conservatory, in Boston, and throughout the United States.

In addition to his work at the conservatory, Donohoe has staged numerous concerts, guest artists, and the nationally televised Fourth of July celebrations for the Boston Pops. He has also created annual productions for the Vincent Club, raising money for the Women’s Care Division of Massachusetts General Hospital.
