Paying Your Bill
As a Berklee student, you have a wide range of ways to pay your Berklee bills, from payment plans to traveler's checks. Please note a few key policies:
- You are billed by semester, and due dates are prior to the start of classes.
- Payments must be made in U.S. currency.
- All tuition costs and related fees must be settled in full by the due date on your tuition statement to avoid delays in registration for courses and late fees. If you fail to make the due date, make your payment before the start of the semester in order to complete check-in on time.
- Class schedules may not be claimed—and no classes may be added—until all financial obligations to the college have been settled.
Berklee offers a monthly payment plan through Tuition Management Systems (TMS), providing students and parents with an interest-free payment plan option. For more details on the payment plan and other ways to pay your bill, please visit the Office of the Bursar section of our website.
