Adding/Dropping Courses

The add/drop period at the beginning of each term is the first five days of classes. During this time, students may add or drop courses to their schedule through After the add/drop deadline and no later than the end of the second week of classes, students may add a course only with the permission of the department chair and upon approval by the Office of the Registrar. 

The add/drop deadline for spring 2018 is January 26. Students have until February 2 to submit a Chair Authorization for Late Add form at the Office of the Registrar.
