Spring Entering Student Orientation

Before You Arrive
Before you arrive on campus, complete all necessary administrative requirements, including submission of your tuition payment, Student Acknowledgement of Financial Obligation (SAFO) form, immunization record, high school transcript, and health waiver.
To check the status of your administrative requirements:
- Log in to berklee.edu using the ID and password mailed to you by Admissions.
- Select "Campus Tools" then "My Berklee" from the menu at the top right.
- Log in to MyBerklee, then select "Students" on the right.
- Select "Online Check-In Requirements" from the Check-In menu.
Any outstanding requirements will be listed there. Please note that entering students cannot check in online. Entering students must check in at the Student Activities Center in person on Tuesday, January 14.
When You Arrive
Students living on campus will move into their assigned residence hall before checking in. If you are living on campus, you will receive information regarding your assigned residence hall and move-in schedule from the Housing Department. If you have questions about the move-in process, contact the Housing Office.
Students living off campus should proceed directly to Check-In at the Student Activities Center.
Check-in will take place on Tuesday, January 13, from 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. in the Student Activities Center, located on the third floor of 921 Boylston Street. International students should be prepared to present their I-20, passport, and either a passport entry stamp or I-94 card.
The check-in process will take 15-30 minutes. After you are successfully checked in, you will receive an orientation schedule, a student ID, and additional resources. You will also be cleared to receive your laptop through the Berklee Laptop Purchase Program, as well as your course schedule at the end of the week.
If you are not successfully checked in, you will not be cleared to receive a laptop computer or a course schedule until you have successfully completed your administrative requirements.
Spring 2015 Orientation Schedule
Orientation week is full of both informative and fun events and activities to help you learn about Berklee, get to know Boston, and meet other new Berklee students. The spring 2015 orientation schedule will contain of full week of activities, including:
- Information sessions presented by various Berklee offices and departments
- Completion of any remaining assessments to help determine your first semester schedule
- Jam sessions and open mic nights
- Peer advising meetings
- And many more fun events to welcome you and your new classmates to Berklee!
The spring 2015 orientation schedule is not yet available. Please check back for more information as orientation approaches.

Accessibility and Accommodation

Participants who need assistance or accommodations to fully experience the week's events are encouraged to contact the Counseling and Advising Center and the Student Activities Center well in advance, as some accommodations take time to implement. In consultation with the Counseling and Advising Center, we will provide reasonable and appropriate accommodations.
