Graduate Student Orientation: Check the schedule in the left-hand menu under Graduate Orientation.
Before you arrive on campus, complete all necessary administrative requirements, including submission of your tuition payment, immunization records, high school transcripts, and health waivers.
To check the status of your administrative requirements:
- log in to Berklee.edu using the ID and password sent to you by Admissions;
- find your Campus Tools in the Log Out link, and select "My Berklee" from the menu;
- log in to MyBerklee, then select "Students" on the right; and
- select "Semester Check-In" from the "Check-In" menu.
Any outstanding check-in requirements will be listed there. It is important to complete all of these requirements before you arrive. You will not be able to check in, receive your laptop, or receive your course schedule until you have completed all of your administrative requirements. For more information on steps you must complete before check-in, visit the Accepted Students page.
Move-in takes place Saturday, September 1. International students arriving for international orientation will move in to their assigned space on Wednesday, August 29. Students living on campus will receive information regarding their assigned move-in day and time as well as their assigned residence hall from the Housing Department. If you have questions about housing policies or the move-in process, visit Housing and Residential Life or email the Housing Office.
Check-in is Saturday, September 1 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The location is TBD. All entering students are required to attend check-in to ensure completion of all necessary administrative requirements. This includes tuition payments, immunization records, high school transcripts, and all health waivers.
