Mindfulness Meditation Group Fall 2015

Students, faculty and staff are welcome to join us in learning and practicing mindfulness forms of meditation, creativity, and daily living.

With plenty of room for all in the Loft, feel free to bring your peers and colleagues on the specific dates listed on the poster. Wear clothes comfortable enough for sitting on floor cushions; chairs are also provided. Led by Liz Bailey, LMHC, Psychotherapist/ Wellness Specialist in the Counseling & Advising Center. Boston Calling Music Festival Volunteer Opportunity

The Boston Calling Music Festival will take place on September 25th-27th. There is opportunity for music business students or former students to work during the event. It is a great opportunity for some on the ground experience in entrance control and ingress flow.
There are paid and volunteer positions open. Paid staff are expected to work throughout the event. Volunteers work the Friday night shift plus a short shift on either Saturday or Sunday, and are able to enjoy the rest of the festival.

New Access Procedures for CDs and DVDs, Including Holds

If you weren't around this summer, you may not know about our new access procedures for CDs and DVDs.
We also have other exciting news: we are allowing holds on certain media items as a pilot project.

Finding the Library and Learning Center

If you've had a chance to walk by 150 Mass. Ave., you may have noticed the barriers in front of that entrance if you tried to access the building. During construction, the entrance for the entire 150 complex is through the doors at 142 Mass. Ave.

Wondering what does the library has to do with you?  Come find out by participating in a simple scavenger hunt game tailored to your principle instrument.
Three correct answers gets you a step closer to the end of your ROAD Map and some great prizes from the folks at Student Activities.  Four correct answers will enter you into the library's prize raffle!
