Friday, September 12: Last Day to Add/Drop Fall 2014 Courses

This is a reminder that the deadline to add or drop fall 2014 courses, including courses tested out of through Credit by Exam, is FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 12.

Entering Students

Entering students may not add/drop online. You must go in person to the academic department that manages the course by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 12.

Warren Paradise


Keyboardist Warren Paradise of Santa Cruz, CA, is in a six-piece funk band Funkranomicon. The group won a contest to appear as the opening band on the main stage at the San Jose Jazz Festival in August opening for the Ohio Players.

Trumpet player Jonathan Lax of Summit, NJ, recently performed with the Lower Cape Concert Band at Preservation Hall in Wellfleet, MA, on Cape Cod. Lax is a music educator in the Bayonne public school system in Bayonne, NJ, and a freelance performer.

Opening Day Information and Watch the Live Stream

Opening Day 2014 is taking place tomorrow, Friday, September 5 at the Back Bay Sheraton Hotel. It is always a joyous occasion with so many Berklee faculty and staff members in attendance. If you are unable to attend the event, we encourage you to watch the live stream here:

For those staff members who must remain on campus during Opening Day, there will also be a light, to-go style breakfast available in David Friend Recital Hall.
