Vision 2025 Update

We continue to make progress in our process to assist the Board of Trustees as they set a Vision for Berklee in 2025.

We have collected almost 300 unique ideas and suggestions from our community through meetings, the online suggestion box and from email submissions to vision2025@berklee.edu.

The Board’s Vision Teams concluded their 18 month-long process of collecting information on these five themes

Come hear Dr. Bill Banfield recount his travels to Havana, Cuba including sharing his documentary film, photography, music, and images of contemporary paintings artists. Come learn and discuss the richness of the musical and cultural treasure that is Cuba.

Big Band Swing Night

Have you ever wanted to try swing dancing? Maybe you didn't have an opportunity to learn? Do you like hearing music from Big Bands? 

Look no further! 

This Thursday, September 11 from 10:00 p.m. - midnight, the Berklee Student Activities Center is hosting a Big Band Swing Night! 

The band is all current Berklee students and there will be a dance instructor teaching swing dance. 

Grab some friends and head on over to the 160 Mass Ave. Dining Hall for free food, great music, and plenty of dancing!

  • Thursday, September 25 - David Friend Recital Hall, 921 Boylston Street - 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, October 8 - Steve Heck Room, 1140 Boylston Street  - 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
