In a front page Boston Globe story, Bonnie Hayes, the college's new Songwriting Department chair, reflects on her career as a writer, performer, producer, and educator, and talks about her future plans for the department. "I'm working with people who are going to write songs that will change the world. If I didn't believe that, I wouldn't be doing this," said Hayes.
