Canadian pianist, composer, and Berklee student Tony Ann recently earned himself a slot on tour with electronic pop music's biggest duo, the Chainsmokers, after his piano cover of their song "Paris" caught the pair's attention, Billboard reports.

An earlier cover of the Chainsmokers's “All We Know” had already put Ann on the duo's radar. The Chainsmokers reposted Ann’s "Paris" video on Instagram, stating that they were so impressed they decided to bring him on board for their Memories Do Not Open tour this spring. The post included a caption that read, "Just shows you never know what's gonna happen!”

Ann is a contemporary writing and production major at Berklee, and is part of an electronic duo of his own, the Swoons. He has performed many piano covers and medleys in the past, sharing the sheet music on his Facebook page.
