WERNER FISCHER'S TRAVELOGUE features outstanding Swedish singer Sophie Dunér '93, Swiss shooting-star Jürg Wickihalder '93 on Sopranosax and - for the first time ever - on Tenor, Gabriel Schiltknecht on drums and Berlin-based bassist Nesin Howhannesijan '03. "CHINESE SOUL" is Beijing-based guitarist Werner Tian Fischer's '03 third release on ALTRISUONI RECORDS (AS 292) and his second album entirely made up of his original jazz compositions. Jan Krohn, lyricist for the legendary band Starfish and author of the unparalleled novel 'Xica', enhanced the music with his trademark lyrics.
