Billboard: John Oates Enlists Berklee Students for New Song 'Smoke and Mirrors'

John Oates of Hall and Oates, the best-selling duo in music history, recently collaborated with Berklee students on the new song "Smoke and Mirrors."
The project, coordinated by Oates and Berklee's Stefanie Kellar, associate professor of music/business management, saw eight students co-writing a song with Oates in two hours.
"It was a very unique, cool thing to do," Oates, who was a Herb Alpert Visiting Professor at the college for 2015 and 2016, tells Billboard.
