NPR's All Songs Considered held a listening party at Berklee on April 22, for students and All Songs listeners to vote on a smattering of tunes.

The evening, held at the Red Room at Cafe 939, also featured a panel of guests, including music production and engineering associate professor and music cognition expert Susan Rogers, who shared the formula for the perfect pop song and helped illuminate why we like the music we like.

All Songs created a mini podcast to highlight Rogers's expertise on the subject of what tickles our music meter.
